Meanwhile the voices from Balochistan: One ‘Dr’ in front of Mahrang Baloch yapping about how ‘millions of (illegal Pashtun) settlers have moved to Quetta and that a Baloch should never sell land to a ‘non-Baloch’’ while Achakzai (mostly correctly) stating that Quetta is a historic Pashtun city that has nothing to do with the Baloch - igniting ethnic tensions at a turbulent time. In 1994, when Kashmiri militancy was at its peak + India was tottering on economic collapse, Pak intended to introduce a resolution in the UN to place sanctions on India. It first had to pass through the OIC but Iran famously blocked it. In 2024, months after attacking Pakistan out of the blue and getting its nose bloodied in return, the Iranian President came to Pak. When prompted to talk about the injustices and support to Kashmiris, he dodged the question and deflected to ‘Palestinian resistance’. Give your ahistorical chooran somewhere else kindly. We all know how the Ayatollah + the govt cast a blind eye to the Kashmiris as economic and political partnerships with India was more important.
