For anyone interested here's the start and end of the tape (hastily recorded off the actual thing - it all fit somehow!) we made a bespoke intro and credits (which i've already posted) and a load of title cards. I might show those off soon.

Going through some new TV recording tapes a friend of mine sent me - from the ABC Kids digital channel, we came across this promo for Thomas series 7 announcing character names... and we have proof of Arthur's original name being Clarence. Our reaction at the end.

My dear friend Adam created this *80s* classic master for the new Thomas pilot episode. Both emulating authenticity but also paying tribute to Britt by featuring her logo at the start. Here it is recorded to the end of a Thomas mixtape VHS I made!

Absolutely INSANE to learn that not only did the Thomas pilot become part of a bit on 2025's instalment of "The Last Year of Television" as seen on Binge here in Australia - but so did Johnson -- and MY CHANNEL!!! which you can see there in the picture. mindbogglingly awesome
