11 weeks post posterior labral repair surgery on my right shoulder. As you can see, there's some significant atrophy to my right chest, traps, lats, and of course my right delt. I've been training to the left side pretty hard and next week I'll be cleared to start "gentle" weight training on the right side. My plan is to keep reps over 20 for each set and slowly increase weight over time. I'm not rushing it. I'm excersing my patience. I'm grateful that I was able to have the surgery and to know that I'll be back to 100% eventually! (Feels like the longest 11 weeks of my life though lol) #recovery #fitness #gym #blessings
