How dare Ursula von der Leyen declare "Europe stands with Israel"? She does not speak for me. She does not speak for Ireland. She does not speak for the citizens of Europe. We stand for peace, international law and justice for the people of #Palestine. It's time for her to go.

Israel has spent a month pounding Gaza into rubble and filling the streets with children's blood. With European and American weapons, and European and American support. Still Ursula von der Leyen cannot even say the word: "ceasefire." This isn't just Israel's genocide. It's Europe's too.

I find it jaw-dropping the complete lack of curiosity among EU elites as to who is reponsible for an act of sabotage against the infrastructure of an EU Member State and the livelihoods of our citizens. Where is the discussion? Where are the questions? #NordstreamSabotage

4.5 million Palestinians live under occupation, with no rights, victims of dehumanisation, checkpoints, settler violence, brutalisation, military courts, and no vote. Their occupier, Israel, is what Europe, with a straight face, calls "the only democracy in the Middle East."

A year on, as the war continues, MEPs parrot the propaganda line: "Ukraine must win." Ordinary people never win in war. Shout "glory" all you want; there is no glory in the grave. It is time for the silent majority to take to the streets to demand peace.

Israel asks us to believe there is no genocide in Gaza. A state proven to have lied time and again. Outrageous distortion and barefaced lies are how Israel operates. And still media platform the propaganda. Well, it's not going to work. The ugly truth is there for all to see.

The Council conclusions are unforgiveable. A ceasefire - in line with UN demands - was the absolute minimum. This is worse than nothing. EU has greenlit genocide. This will NEVER be forgotten. No return to business as usual. We, and millions more, will not give up this fight.

World Children's Day 2023. EU leaders sit around congratulating themselves for signing the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, while their ally, Israel, "defends itself" by raining white phosphorus on a concentration camp full of children. Well, aren't we great?

No surprise at all most spyware comes from Israel, the global nerve centre of repressive technology, tested in the "Palestine laboratory." The Parliament's position on it should be: No sale of it. No use of it. Full stop. The end. It's not abuse that's the problem. It's use.

For years it was clear "disinfo" policy was an EU power grab, stifling public discourse and politicial disagreement. Now the mask is off. As it backs Israeli terror, the EU presses social media, which quash Palestinian voices, while paid-for Israeli propaganda pops up everywhere.

The EU must listen to Palestinian voices. Why are Israeli victims dignified with names but Palestinians die anonymous in their thousands? EU feigns "concern" but no comprehension of the enormity of what is being wiped out. There must be a #CeasefireNOW.

Today is #NakbaDay. 75 years ago a catastrophe was visited on the Palestinian people - the violent beginnings of Israel's occupation. It continues today. Ursula von der Leyen recently described these events as a "dream." That is unacceptable, and must be condemned. #VonDerLies #Nakba
