I was already on the verge of letting my son open his gifts early. This morning i got the news that my friend who was a father was taken away from his son and family, it gave me the perfect reason to do so. Life is short and we never know the day or hour. Merry Christmas son❤️

Darrell Jackson BIG PRODUCTIONS🎱🖤 Turkey Drive in Joe Louis projects. 8 years ago this young man didn’t know where he was going but now he’s going to the NFL after his final college game this weekend. He was hanging with the wrong crowd, had been expelled and was headed nowhere fast. Corey Fuller convinced him to play football at Gadsden County High School, Mark Liles built his body and i pushed him to every college in the country. Other coaches poured into him like Odell Haggins and Terrance Knighton but One thing that Darrell did that helped him get here besides growing 4 inches and gaining over 140 pounds since his sophomore year😭 was cut out the nonsense, believed, listened and trusted in what we told him. He had never played football before but he walked around everyday saying i’m going D1, some of us laughed because he had never played but he spoke it worked it and prayed it into existence. This is a surreal moment because I grew up in these same projects and looking at how far we both have come, how blessed we are, and knowing that God put us together for a purpose. Darrell you spoke it, you worked it, you believed and it’s here. Keep giving God the Glory because you received some of the biggest blessings i’ve witnessed in my 45 years of living. I’m proud of ya and I Love ya Boy, Ms. Lisa Job well done.
