The ONLY Public School in South Carolina to offer this type of Athletic Performance Training to their student-athletes. Technology drives intent. 12 VBT stations (ipads, sensors, and straps), Shredmill (iPad & Promethean Board), Tsunami Technology, and great young people = a fantastic training session. I’ve had a few coaches ask what our speed days look like. Tuesdays are accel and some form of top end. Long cut-up but includes skip series, pwr skip series, bound series, accelerations, and nonlinear top-end. Sprints at end all have 2 minute recovery in between. #TFTP💨🌊💪🏽
