Was sitting in the Kimberly parent section— Kimberly was down 21 in the 3rd- people were grumbling about how unprepared they were and that this was a trend all year. Kimberly was in the midst of a 48 game win streak, that would stretch to 70…. I looked at my wife (knowing that at the tike the only team we ever beat was ourselves) I asked “if they complain about him here, what do they say about me in the stands.” She said “you don’t want to know” and that was the day that I learned you will never win enough no matter where you are— the game always has to be about more than just winning. Learned a lot about what that means from Coach Jones over the years at the clinic.

I created an app that can Auto clip your NFL or college football All 22 games- or you can use it to manually clip up games you rip off Youtube (or any video source) for scouting or off season study. I need 2 people on Mac and 2 people on PC to test it out and find bugs/ errors before I go live with it.

If you aren't filming practice-- how are you coaching it? We have been using a drone since 2016 and I don't know how we'd coach without it at this point. And- they are super easy to fly. So far this year I've had a 4th grader, 7th grader, and first day manager fly ours.

I created a google sheet (that could be an excel sheet in case of no internet) to live tag Hudl games that can include your own formations/plays for easy uploading after a game so you have all of your data as soon as game is over. Is this a helpful tool?

Hudl Hack that I wish I could take credit for... Create your playlist... Bookmark your playlist in Chrome-- No longer need to locate your most used playlists in Hudl-- as you have them bookmarked so they pop up immediately. Add plays to them and they will auto update.

Here is a video I made of how you can use the Streamdeck as a Hudl remote with new hudl and as a tool to keep your tags for different opponents ready to go for quick access. You could also create folders of different tags for tagging games super quick.
