This 84-foot obelisk at the center of St. Peter’s Square isn’t just a monument, it’s a silent witness to martyrdom. Brought from Egypt by Emperor Caligula, it stood in Nero’s Circus, where early Christians were killed, including St. Peter himself. Tradition holds he was crucified upside down near this very spot, unworthy to die like Christ. The obelisk bears no pagan carvings, only the memory of Christian blood. Today, it’s crowned with a cross, the sign that Christ triumphed over Rome. The Rock died here. The Church lives on.

The media have focused only on short clips with no context of the Pope’s first ride around St. Peter’s Square yesterday. But this was no ordinary papal event. Obviously, larger crowds are expected for a pope’s debut drive. But having been at four popemobile ride events at the Vatican (previously, Pope John Paul II, Benedict XVI, and Francis), I can tell you THIS was different. The youthful energy (of all ages) of the crowd that jammed the Square, and the relaxed but engaging demeanor of Pope Leo XVI toward his flock, and the fact that he instructed the driver to leave St. Peter’s and venture all the way down the Via della Conciliazione, made this debut extra special. When Charlie Kirk says that Protestants fall short by not venerating Mary, and that the solution to the modern crisis of womanhood is to be more like her, he’s closer to the truth than he may realize. The Catholic Church has always honored Mary not only as the Mother of God, but as the perfect model of womanhood: humble, obedient, pure, strong, and full of grace. Feminism offers rebellion; Mary offers peace. Modernity glorifies pride; Mary magnifies the Lord. May more hearts, Protestant and Catholic alike, rediscover in Mary the true answer to the confusion of our age. She’s not optional, she’s essential.

In Your Friends & Neighbors (Apple TV+), two characters break into a Catholic church, steal consecrated Hosts from the tabernacle, mock the Eucharist as “the Body of Christ,” and dip it in jam like a snack, then simulate Communion, followed by a sexual act in the pews with the ciborium on the floor. This is not art. It is sacrilege. The Holy Eucharist is the true Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ. To use it as a prop for blasphemy and perversion is an act of diabolical contempt. Every baptized Catholic should be outraged, not in hatred, but in defense of the sacred. Silence is not an option. We must speak, pray in reparation, and refuse to fund platforms that mock our Lord.

Archbishop Haverland’s decision to revoke Father Calvin Robinson’s priestly license is nothing but a thinly veiled attack on a strong, fearless voice for life and truth. His so-called “offense” was a lighthearted, ironic gesture at a pro-life event; yet within hours, the woke machine moved against him. This isn’t about a hand gesture; it’s about silencing a man who boldly stands against abortion, radical ideologies, and the destruction of Christian values. I know Calvin personally. He’s been on my show, we’ve traveled together, and he is one of the good ones. We need more men like him, not fewer. Let’s stand with him.

Some Respectful Questions for Candace Owens Where are the photos? Why were no photos taken at all—not even a casual selfie—of her meeting with Erika Kirk? In an age where nearly every public or semi-public encounter leaves some digital trace, the complete absence of photographic evidence is difficult to understand. A multi-million dollar CEO of a $100,000,000 enterprise, a few days before the big Amfest conference, flies from AZ to TN to sit down with Candace? Where was the blood? Photos of the backseat of the black SUV reportedly connected to the incident show zero visible blood, and far as I can tell. Given the seriousness of what was implied, how is this absence explained? The time problem and the clarity problem (together): On her livestream, she said the meeting lasted four and a half hours, yet her one hour+ summary left many listeners more confused than before. Why did so much time produce so little clarity? What essential facts were established that listeners should clearly understand—but currently don’t? Egyptian planes: What exactly do Egyptian military or private aircraft, allegedly flying around the country and perhaps following Erica Kirk, have to do with this story? What’s the material connection? To many listeners, this detail feels like a shiny metal object tossed into an already complicated narrative, adding intrigue but not illumination. Proof that Charlie Kirk is dead: I did a short video after Candace announced that Charlie got a Catholic Mass and funeral, and burial in a Catholic cemetery. Since Charlie and Erika were attending St. Bernadette’s parish in Scottsdale, and she lives there, I contacted all the relevant agencies just to make sure I “had the receipts” – and all of them refused to confirm or deny anything. Does Candace know there is no extant proof that her friend Charlie is dead?

Like Leo XIII confronted the Industrial Revolution with Rerum Novarum, Leo XIV is calling the Church to face the AI revolution not with fear, but with truth. AI isn’t just a tech issue, it’s a moral crisis. Man is not a machine; he’s made in the image of God. If we forget that, we don’t just lose jobs, we lose our soul. The Church must lead with courage and clarity.
