Debated posting this from Saturday but maybe y’all can help me out. Overlook the right arm that wouldn’t fire on the start. Idk what’s up with that. 🤦♀️ Anyways you can really see the left arm issues in the video. Can y’all tell if it is my elbow, shoulder, wrist? It seems like it doesn’t rotate or straighten like the right. Or it seems shorter. Just thought someone might could pick up on the problem here. Maybe I could work on fixing it. 🤷♀️

Wasn’t going to post this because it shows my fat and skin rolls, something I’m extremely self conscious about. What it also shows is someone who is working every day to get stronger, get healthier, and the face of someone who doesn’t give up easily. 10 with my toes straight. 10 with my toes facing out and 10 with my toes facing inward. It may be light weight but it sure burns like heck.

So I haven’t done conventional deadlifts in a long time because I could never get my form right and got mad at myself. Nothing new right. 🤦♀️ I think I get it but then I don’t. I’ve worked with the trainer, watched hours of videos, taken advice here and there but for some reason my mind and body don’t connect. I feel like I’m squatting too much here but I’m going to master these on this reset. So please in a kind way hit me with advice. 🫣Also this grip works better with my left side issues. 🙃
