I gained almost 10 kgs in last few months. Went from 70 kgs to 80 kgs. Reason ? I stopped working out and started eating a lot. And when you stop working out, metabolism slows down to conserve energy, making it easier to gain fat. 2 months ago - I set a goal for myself to get back to 70 kgs by body weight workout and maintaining calorie deficit. Reached my Target of 70 kgs yesterday.
