Russia has begun mass production of the Volna Kupol Garant electronic warfare system,designed to disrupt and blind Starlink satellite terminals. Volna Kupol system could disrupt Starlink connections in targeted areas, making it harder for Ukraine to coordinate operations and use Starlink-linked drones to locate Russian troops, convoys and positions.
