I make music for lots of things. Twitter feed is mainly shameless propaganda on musical output. Rubbish at twitchat as need to concentrate on music making. Soz.

Had a really great time at the Middleburg Film Festival where they held a concert featuring a bunch of my scores. We gave a few pieces from Project Hail Mary a go for the first time and it was very magical. A bit of a moment so to speak for you here.. Enjoy!

Trailer (featuring my score and a bit of the ace song I have done with the amazing DAVID BYRNE!) for a film about a certain person who I suspect may be shadow banning certain words on this site to do with this project so here you go.. hush hush... LET ME SELL YOU A DREAM...

THE DRAMA is maybe one of my most minimal scores I have done. Entire soundtrack was recorded on just three flutes at Abbey Road in one day. Really enjoyed the process of those types of restrictions as they can help create a more original and unique sounding score..

Here’s a video again from inside the museum LOOK MUM NO COMPUTER has built in Ramsgate which was so so up my street. I am very excited we are going to have a truly unique eccentric oddball repping the UK (meant in the best way possible) at Eurovision. He is a real one off..

So one of the real unsung heroes of the #ProjectHailMary soundtrack is the amazing Sam Okell who has to help make all my ridiculous ideas fit in one mix. Here’s him going through all the crazy number of stems we recorded to just one cue (AMAZE AMAZE AMAZE). Mad listen! 🔈👎👎

This is one of my favourite BTS vids from recording #AcrossTheSpiderVerse where I try and shoddily demonstrate how we "scratched the orchestra" to make the soundtrack feel completely different... 1. Record the orchestra 2. Mix it and stick it onto "vinyl" 3. Re-scratch it in 👇
