If so, you’ve become IRREPLACEABLE now keep BUILDING

Young DBs, You can’t be afraid to step into the leadership role. Understand what that entails though, it’s not about having the loudest voice in the locker room. You better be‼️ ✅ The guy that’s accountable ✅ The guy that doesn’t skip reps ✅ The guy that reaches the expectations of the program - There’s a difference between being a BUDDY and being a LEADER - A BUDDY keeps teammates accountable when it’s convenient, and doesn’t want to ruffle feathers - A LEADER keeps teammates accountable in a positive way all the time, because he knows what’s at stake.
