It’s pretty simple to follow. All Israel and 95-98% of Judah was taken by Assyria, per 2 Kings 17:6, 18:13, and the Annals of Sennacherib. After Assyria fell, they dispersed into Europe and became or blended into the nations. The 2-5% of Judah that remained in Jerusalem were taken by the Babylonians, then returned. Of those, 2/3 rejected Christ while 1/3 believed and brought the gospel to the nations. The fullness of the nations came in, and all Israel was saved. Modern “Jews” and the state of “Israel” aren’t Israel.
