"Mr. President, recall that precisely on December 22, 2022, we came to Kaduna to campaign when you were the candidate of our great party. You dared to visit Birnin Gwari Local Government, which at the time was the epicenter of insecurity in the entire Northwest. The then-GOC of the 1 Mechanized Division—the late General Labanja—advised you against going due to serious security concerns. At that moment, you rejected the advice and traveled to Birnin Gwari directly from Kaduna, a journey that took us four hours. We traveled with an escort of 27 armored vehicles, accompanied by our Vice President and other party members. Mr. President, I am happy to report today that you have fulfilled the two promises you made back then. First, you promised to reconstruct the 123-kilometer Kaduna–Birnin Gwari road, which had been abandoned for over 40 years. As we speak, 178 billion Naira has been released to the contractor, and the project is ongoing. The people of Birnin Gwari and Kaduna State will forever be grateful for this intervention. Second, you assured us you would tackle insecurity along the Birnin Gwari corridor. Today, Mr. President, anyone can travel there with peace of mind, without a single police escort. That is true progress." - Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani at the APC Presidential Campaign Flag-Off as he rolled out the president's projects in the North. #RenewedHopeInKaduna

"What has been going round on social media that we have abandoned the alignment of the 750km coastal highway of the Lagos - Calabar in favor of the alignment of East - West road is highly mischievous info. The Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway is progressing, with some sections recording over 40% completion. “Section Two which is 55km is expected to be ready by mid-November. The FG is also seeking approval to integrate 400km of the East-West Road, boosting connectivity and economic opportunities across the Niger Delta” - Honorable Minister of Works, David Umahi
