So Brown Mogotsi apparently had bodyguards. I don't know who arranged security protection for him, you might find it was the State, as a witness at the Commission. They guarded him even when he went shopping at the mall. 😅 So, since he's not very smart, on that day of the alleged shooting, he released his bodyguards at 17h30 and said he won't need them. That's when he drove to go shoot at that stationary maroon car in Vosloorus. 🤣😂😅 Someone hire him as an actor please. Yho Brown.😅 #MadlangaCommission

Colonel Sebola: Commissioners, things are happening, things have been happening. At some point I was deployed at OR Tambo. We confiscated dollars, we were instructed to take them back to the owner. We took the dollars to the Reserve Bank as per procedure, they declared them as something else other than dollars. We were instructed to take them back to the owner. Protect this man! 😭 He spoke after a very long pause, and says there's more such cases. This Commission must not be closed. We must demand that the money be found. #MadlangaCommission

CREDENTIALS OF SANDILE KHUMALO SC Commissioner Sandile Khumalo's Academic and Professional credentials are simply mindblowing!!! 🙆♀️😭 Knowing this about him, should make lawyers coming before him to represent their clients, to think very carefully about who they are dealing with. In Sesotho we say " ba itukise, ba ipeye hantle". 😂 This video outlines clearly how he earned that seat as a Commissioner alongside Justice Madlanga and Commissioner Sesi Baloyi. Matriculated at Barnato Park High, studied LLB at former Rand Afrikaans University, now UJ, Diploma in Corporate Law, Diploma in Advanced Banking, went to the Netherlands to do Master of Law in International Business Law at Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, one of the prestigious legal academies in Europe, and passed with distinction/Cum Laude. He came back home, admitted as an Advocate in 2002, joined Duma Nokwe Advocates in Sandton. After 2 years in practice, he was awarded the African Advocate Award, where he went to spend 18 weeks in London, working at the 18 Red Line Chambers and Matrix Chambers in London, working alongside the Queens's Council and members of the British Bench. Coming back home, he did not chase the often high paying criminal cases, he focused on honing his skills in PENSIONS, RETIREMENT FUNDS, EMPLOYEE BENEFITS, where the real money in this country is hidden. He specialized in Employee Benefits and Pensions law, and built his practice around them. He has served as a Trustee of many Trust Funds that manage Civil Servants Retirement funds, including Alexander Forbes. He teaches Pensions Law on a part time basis to Law students. He has also acted as a Judge in the court of law, written judgements. We thank you Commissioner for your service to the country. Chair Madlanga indicated to Tumelo Nku that if the date was already agreed upon, he would would be directing him to appear on that day and failure to do so would be a legal offense. I've always had a problem with Mpofu SC's condescending examples when making a presentation, in past commissions and in court. "This Commission is not a surrogate disciplinary committee for SAPS to assess who is a good or a bad cop." "This is not a beauty parade about who is a better manager." I can't believe Colonel Jacob said this about W/O Sander! Wow! 😡 "Drug busts went on, Sander was not the be all and end all...I may not be as articulate and promote myself that the country sees me as a hero..."
