So Brown Mogotsi apparently had bodyguards. I don't know who arranged security protection for him, you might find it was the State, as a witness at the Commission. They guarded him even when he went shopping at the mall. 😅 So, since he's not very smart, on that day of the alleged shooting, he released his bodyguards at 17h30 and said he won't need them. That's when he drove to go shoot at that stationary maroon car in Vosloorus. 🤣😂😅 Someone hire him as an actor please. Yho Brown.😅 #MadlangaCommission

Colonel Sebola: Commissioners, things are happening, things have been happening. At some point I was deployed at OR Tambo. We confiscated dollars, we were instructed to take them back to the owner. We took the dollars to the Reserve Bank as per procedure, they declared them as something else other than dollars. We were instructed to take them back to the owner. In Sesotho we say " ba itukise, ba ipeye hantle". 😂 This video outlines clearly how he earned that seat as a Commissioner alongside Justice Madlanga and Commissioner Sesi Baloyi. Matriculated at Barnato Park High, studied LLB at former Rand Afrikaans University, now UJ, Diploma in Corporate Law, Diploma in Advanced Banking, went to the Netherlands to do Master of Law in International Business Law at Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, one of the prestigious legal academies in Europe, and passed with distinction/Cum Laude. He came back home, admitted as an Advocate in 2002, joined Duma Nokwe Advocates in Sandton. After 2 years in practice, he was awarded the African Advocate Award, where he went to spend 18 weeks in London, working at the 18 Red Line Chambers and Matrix Chambers in London, working alongside the Queens's Council and members of the British Bench. "This Commission is not a surrogate disciplinary committee for SAPS to assess who is a good or a bad cop." "This is not a beauty parade about who is a better manager."
