I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my gym time and if I’m still working out. The answer is… DUH. I have to get my ass back. I lost a little weight over the past few months and I’m trying to find a good balance between cardio and strength training. Over training is an actual thing, and I was basically killing my body and burning off any muscle I had built up. Chin up, tits out…Happy Hump Day❣️

Saturdays are for core and mobility, while still getting 10k steps in. Per coach’s orders, I’m supposed to drop most of my cardio😱 but I might sneak in a cycling class later😏 …and yes, I realize my hair is ratchet this morning lol. I did something today that I haven’t done in years. We had some family in town for a funeral so we decided to take them shooting . We blew up an old piano I had bought several years ago that was just in a barn collecting dust. I got the first shot, and after a bit of trial and error, user error basically, I finally hit the target. The video isn’t great but you can see my enjoyment afterwards when I was jumping up and down.

Midwest really is besssssst. The Farmer sent me to the top of a grain bin, and I had to capture the view of our field being harvested with the sunset. Can’t beat these office views. And after a long day, we take a hot bath and put on a silk robe and relax. Sweet Dreams😘
