Specifically, because Ro Khanna did not tell anyone he would be in the area, it took about ninety minutes to confirm his identity with the Israeli army. After he was safely identified, he was allowed to continue on his way. Afterwards, Ro Khanna described this security check as being held hostage by wild settlers, which is total nonsense.
