West Virginia just built a pitching lab that changes everything. 👉 They invested over $5M into tech that can literally flag injury risk before a pitcher feels pain. 16 high-speed cameras + 3D motion capture. Force plates built into the mound. A full-time biomechanist dedicated to baseball. 🤯 Welcome to the future of player development.

Memphis is spending $226M to literally make their stadium smaller. 🙌 But this is actually genius… It’s not a downgrade. It’s a chess move. They are trading empty bleachers for premium suites, bigger revenue, and a real shot at a Power Four invite in the future. 👀

Wake Forest is playing a different game. ⚾️ While most schools are dumping money into stadium seats, Wake spent $12 Million on a pitching lab with 16 high-speed cameras and 3D motion capture. The result? 4 pitchers in the top 100 of the 2023 MLB Draft. This isn't just a bullpen, it’s a pro-player factory. 🏭 Wake Forest Baseball The ACC ACC Baseball

Rutgers is the ONLY major college football program in New Jersey, a state with 9 million people and some of the best high school talent in the country. 🏆 They're located in the New York City media market, the largest in the nation. They joined the Big Ten specifically because it would give them access to massive revenue and recruiting advantages. 🏆 🤯 And yet... $517M in losses, zero winning seasons in Big Ten play, and they can't even keep New Jersey's top recruits home. The infrastructure is there. The money is there. The market is there. But the results? Nowhere to be found. 🤷♂️

Louisville fans - we got our guy! QB Miller Moss is headed to the “Ville When Mizzou tried to steal our QB target, we knew we had to go all in. The 502 Circle stepped up in a major way (as always). Our fans' support through memberships is what makes landing elite talent like Miller possible. And trust me, this guy's arm talent is SPECIAL. Ready to see him light it up at Cardinal Stadium this fall!

Ohio State’s AD Ross Bjork just went on a podcast with under 400 views and laid out the entire future of college football. He’s calling it the "blueprint," but I call it the NFL on steroids. From a 24-team playoff to a completely free-market NIL system, one of the richest programs in the country is officially trying to rewrite the rulebook. As someone who spends their days consulting with schools on how to build their rosters, I’m breaking down the four biggest shifts he's proposing, and why some of them might actually work. The business of college sports is changing fast. If you want the insider perspective on how these rosters are actually being built, hit follow.

THIS is what the NCAA is focused on right now?? Punishing a mid major school for taking kids to a Knicks game? Come on! It's 2025 and we're throwing around million dollar NIL deals with no regulation, but we're still policing a $75 spending limit? The disconnect between enforcement and reality in college sports has never been more obvious. Time for the NCAA to catch up to where college athletics actually is in 2025.
