Head of ASIO Mike Burgess appeard on a podcast and said some wild things. Apparently 70% of ASIO caseload is dealing with "Islamic extremism" yet only 4% of the Australian population follows Islam. I am happy to accept there are followers of Islam that are a non-issue, but for the ones that are, shouldn't they be detained and or sent home? What is he waiting for? What or who is behind this messaging from Mike Burgess?
