🚨 BREAKING: Gavin Newsom & Rob Bonta quietly drop their High Speed Rail lawsuit against Trump Now we know why. According to a CBS report, California failed to meet the terms of the contract. The project was required to purchase the actual trains that would run on the system. They refused. We believe they refused because they never actually intended to finish California High Speed Rail. In a new video, Governor Newsom admits he never believed this project would be finished in our lifetime. He also admits they wildly overestimated the numbers and manipulated the projections. While California burns every year, they continue pouring billions into a project even the Governor doesn’t believe in. We need real infrastructure. We need wildfire prevention and risk mitigation. We do not need another taxpayer-funded fantasy. California High Speed Rail needs to go back to the drawing board. It’s time to get back to the basics and build things that actually work. 🚨 Midnight Madness at the Capitol Today is the last day of session. After a full year of lectures on affordability and blaming Trump, the Sacramento supermajority did nothing to fix the cost of living in California. They made it worse. Today’s priorities: • More money for High Speed Rail, including the $1 billion a year already locked in • State funding to keep gender-affirming care flowing for minors • Weaker accountability for juvenile offenders • More regulations and compliance costs that get passed on to consumers • More pressure on energy and insurance markets already in crisis These bills are shrouded in empathy when in reality they are just suicidal. People are fleeing California. Not to get away from Trump, but to get away for total collapse under Newsom and the Supermajority. We must fight back and never give up. Don’t let anyone fool you this isn’t the federal government’s fault. The math isn’t mathing. California just passed a $355 billion record budget with record revenue. 🚨 BREAKING: New Regulations Restrict Flowers, Lawns, and Gardens Next to Homes If you were angry about the tire restrictions, wait until the state starts dictating what you can plant next to your house. The California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection just approved new “Zone 0” rules for high fire severity zones. Vegetation under the roofline is heavily restricted. Lawns, flowers, and non-woody plants face strict limits, and trees must be trimmed away from structures. The state claims this is about climate change and wildfires. Instead of focusing on proper forest management and clearing vegetation on the millions of acres of state-controlled land, they are placing more edicts on private homeowners and their own property. This isn’t really about tires or flowers next to your home. It’s about government overreach into everyday life. If they can regulate your tires and your garden, they can regulate everything. 🚨 BREAKING: Attorney General Rob Bonta Just RIGGED and MANIPULATED the Voter ID Initiative on the November Ballot Rob Bonta changed the official language of the Voter ID initiative (Prop 39) in the middle of the election season. This language had been approved for over a year, and millions of Democrats, Republicans, and Independents signed petitions to support it. Original Language (Approved for over a year): “ESTABLISHES ADDITIONAL VOTER IDENTIFICATION AND CITIZENSHIP VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.” It would require government-issued ID at the polls or the last four digits when voting by mail, provide free voter ID cards, and require annual citizenship verification reports by county. New Language (Changed by Bonta): “PROHIBITS CITIZENS FROM VOTING UNLESS THEY PRESENT GOVERNMENT-ISSUED IDENTIFICATION. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.” It now invalidates mail ballots without the last four digits on the envelope and prohibits in-person voting without ID. 🚨 BREAKING: California Regulators BAN the purchase of 70% of tires A California regulatory agency just made a unanimous decision to ban the sale of 70% of the tires currently sold in the state. The people of “No Kings” have now handed power to unelected regulators so they don’t have to take the heat for decisions like this. “This ultimately is about protecting consumers,” said David Hochschild, chairman of the California Energy Commission. “I see this as sheltering the public from higher costs in the long run.” This is exactly why we are fighting so hard against the California Mileage Tax before it is too late. 🚨 WARNING: Criminal-First Agenda in California In the dead of night, California Democrats rammed through AB 2108 — a bill that guts Prop 36 enforcement and puts criminals back on the streets! Prop 36 passed in every single county in the state because Californians are fed up with the chaos. Now Democrats want to create a soft diversion program for all retail theft crimes. This is absolutely ridiculous. We have to lock toothpaste behind glass shields because criminals have a death grip on this state. 🚨 BREAKING: Judge Assigned to Controversial Tax Measure Forced Out by California Attorney General —Replaced by Newsom Appointee Judge Bob Whalen, a duly elected judge in Fresno County, was assigned to oversee a controversial case involving a tax measure forced onto Fresno County by the State of California. He has now been replaced by a judge appointed by Governor Newsom. That replacement judge also has a previous relationship with the author of the tax measure and other local elected officials who support it. This is another example of “cheating fair and square.” Yes, the Attorney General has the power to request a change of judge. Here’s the rebuttal to Governor Newsom’ State of the State with facts and receipts: 1.Newsom brags about fast-food minimum wage hikes. Reality: California lost 18,000 jobs — straight out the drive-thru window. 2.He touts the $25 minimum wage for hospital workers. Reality: 1 in 5 hospitals in California is on the brink of bankruptcy and collapse. 3.He claims we “spend more per student than any other state.” Reality: Over 3 million California kids are failing math and English. That’s 1 in 3 students failing under Newsom’s watch. 4.He celebrates high-speed rail. Reality: A multibillion-dollar boondoggle — years of spending and still not a single usable track. Environmental review isn’t the issue; hundreds of unresolved land parcels make progress nearly impossible. 5.He finally admits high energy costs are California’s fault. He calls it “hardening and investments.” Reality: It’s weaponized legislation forcing expensive mandates that drive rates through the roof. 6.He claims unsheltered homelessness “finally dropped.” Reality: He’s been in statewide power nearly two decades — and homelessness has exploded during that time. 7.He brags about crime going down and credits Prop 36 — after fighting against it — and now takes a victory lap. 8.He blames the Palisades and Eaton fires on climate change and President Trump. Reality: State and local negligence was documented decades ago — they ignored warnings and failed to prepare. Bottom line: spin meets facts — and the facts aren’t on his side.

🚨 “STOP NICK SHIRLEY” ACT: CHIRLA Group Gets $5 Million in California Midnight Tax Increases Last night around midnight California raised your taxes on software and healthcare. They claimed they didn’t have enough money and blamed it on “Trump cuts” and HR 1 changes. What they didn’t tell you is they found $5 million for CHIRLA, the primary sponsor of the “Stop Nick Shirley” Act. Over the last few years CHIRLA has already received $35 million, and now they’re getting another $5 million. What have they done with your tax dollars? They register voters, operate as a vote center and ballot harvest operation, and sue the government using your own money to do it. Over the next week I am going to break down the budget so you can see exactly where your tax dollars are going. Follow the money and you’ll be shocked. Just remember, when the state says they do not have enough money to lower costs and provide services, what they really mean is they do not have enough money for you. 🚨 BREAKING: Governor Newsom signs the “Stop Nick Shirley” Act (AB 2624) The devil is in the details. Get the facts before you get gaslit. Fact: The bill does not mention Nick Shirley by name. Fact: AB 2624 creates new civil liability. Once a written demand is made, individuals can be sued for publicly posting personal information or images online. Fact: This is NOT just a simple expansion of the traditional Safe at Home program. Fact: The bill uses broad definitions. “Designated immigration support services facility” includes, but is not limited to, nonprofit offices, DOJ-recognized entities, community legal clinics, law offices, accredited representative sites, and health care facilities. While the Governor and much of the media push the “simple expansion” talking point, they are leaving out the actual language in the bill. That is not an accident. Stay informed. Stay involved. 🚨 NICK SHIRLEY AND LEGISLATORS VINDICATED BY NEW CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH REPORT: RAMPANT FRAUD IN HOSPICE CARE SYSTEM The California Department of Public Health is now requesting emergency regulations to combat sophisticated and widespread fraud in the hospice care system. In their report it states: “These current requirements are not sufficiently comprehensive to address all aspects of regulatory oversight, especially in the current climate of increasing sophisticated fraud schemes and, as noted above and in the Audit Report, given the prevalence and number of fraud indicators in Los Angeles County.” While we were ridiculed, mocked, and even insulted in Sacramento for simply asking to do the right thing and provide good governance, we have now been proven right. There is rampant fraud in the system. Instead of taking action on the fraud, the legislature took action on the people reporting it. The Stop Nick Shirley Act needs to be stopped! That should tell you everything you need to know about what is wrong with Sacramento. Instead of rooting out the waste and fraud, Sacramento is once again deciding to raise your taxes to keep paying for it while we still have a broken system in place. 🚨 BREAKING: California Legislators MANIPULATE November Election AB 182 is ballot rigging right in front of our eyes. This bill manipulates the November election by selecting the first 5 propositions and how they appear on the ballot. Typically ballot propositions are randomized and given a random number, but with urgency and a supermajority California legislators threw that process along with their dignity out the window. As a Republican I’m often told that our elections are safe and there’s nothing to worry about. But when I watch my colleagues in the middle of an election season manipulate the ballot to favor their position, it becomes very difficult to take their word for it.

Assembly Bill 182 attempts to rig and manipulate the position for Props 1 through 5 to favor tax increases and reckless spending. 🚨 WARNING FOR ALL CALIFORNIA EMPLOYERS Your federal payroll taxes are going up — again — because Governor Newsom refuses to pay off California’s massive unemployment insurance debt. California is the only state in America that still hasn’t repaid its federal UI loan — now over $21 billion and growing. Instead of using record revenue to pay it down, Sacramento is forcing employers to shoulder the burden through automatic increases in federal unemployment taxes (FUTA). This means higher costs per employee every year the debt remains unpaid. We’re demanding the Governor allocate real resources to pay off this debt so businesses aren’t punished for Sacramento’s mismanagement. Thank you to Congressman Vince Fong for introducing the CAL Repayment Act to force California to do the responsible thing. In a record revenue year, they still claim they don’t have enough of your money. If they can’t pay this off now, they never will.
