"I didn't mastermind the plot to remove Obasa...." Desmond Elliot. This is absolute fallacy. You were never accused of masterminding the plot, what you were accused of by the security report was your obvious involvement in it. You said you were in South Africa when it happened, let us agree but you never denied that CoS asked you to do a press conference to dissociate yourself from the plot. Did CoS tell you to do that or not? Did you do it? Were you still in SA then too? You said the President appealed to all of you that were involved and you realised that you guys "acted on wrong information", meaning you regret your action, YOUR ACTION, you inclusive. Now, if indeed you weren't involved in the plot, why were you crying openly on the TV the day Obasa returned back as Speaker???? You were part of the plot to rubbish the leadership of Lagos and this is very glaring. So, stop acting. This is not Nollywood!

Be careful before confronting your perceived opponent so that you don't meet your Waterloo. Aregbe was fighting Tinubu, he thought it was Oyetola, Oyetola Baba jéjé. Today in Surulere, Desmond challenged his mentor Gbajabiamila to a public fight using the gloves given to him by Gbajabiamila. When we asked Desmond why he challenged Gbajabiamila, he said "never!
