After my last post about ScreamingFrog alternatives, I received a lot of recommendations and I'm going to try them all. But no one mentioned this minimal open-source SEONaut crawler. I learned about this from a Reddit post, installed it on a VPS, added a bunch of projects, and started the crawl process. And all were completed when I checked in the morning. And as expected, it crawled all URLs with all necessary info about each URL and showed potential issues as well. To be specific, it provides the following data in the CSV export file: – Status Code – URL – Redirect URL – Content Type – Canonical – Lang – Title – Title Length – Description – Description Length – Robots – H1 – H2 – Size – No. of words – Depth – TTFB And this is exactly what I need. Still testing this though, so will share more about it later. Also tried more tools. Details below 👇
