I think if MH truly wants to oppose Hindi imposition, the first thing it needs to do is throw Bollywood out of Mumbai. How come those who oppose Hindi are okay with the Hindi film industry but not with Hindi? Even during Ganesh processions, almost 90% of the songs played are from Bollywood. #Rameshwaram_Cafe #Pune If you’re wondering why this demolition happened, let me explain the legal aspect as per PMC under the Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR). Every building is required to leave a margin space. Technically, this space is meant to remain open so that in case of an emergency, fire vehicles or other assistance can access the premises. However, in this particular case, the margin is along the roadside. The road itself can serve the purpose of emergency access. So practically speaking, the margin here does not add any real value. Still such unnecessary laws are made so that agencies can bring cases against you out of thin air. Now considering that this law already exists and we cant do much about it; the margin space must strictly be maintained, the only condition under UDCPR is that it must be kept “open to the sky.” In this case, it was open to the sky. The only modification made was a change in flooring, where slabs of different heights were designed on the ground floor by the cafe. I have read the UDCPR carefully, and nowhere does it mention that variable flooring design is prohibited in such open-to-sky margin areas. Therefore, this demolition does not appear to be entirely justified. It seems arbitrary and possibly driven by ego of PMC Care officers, especially if the café did not comply with unofficial expectations of bribe. IMO, The Rameshwaram Cafe shall take PMC to BHC and the same PMC is floting the UDCPR condition of max wall height of 1.5 meters. Will they demolish their own wall now? Doing business in India is not for weak; you’ve to manage everyday such non sense. PS: considering even 10L per day; this cafe paying 15L per month as GST and employment to over 50 people. These two states naturally compete with each other because both are blessed with ports; and industry thrives where ports exist. Open access to global markets, combined with strong road infrastructure, creates winning regions. Gujarat and Karnataka are the other states that are gradually building a similar advantage. Let’s see who wins!

Let’s not forget ; Pune spent ₹146 crore on ATMS as part of the so-called #SmartCity project, which now feels like a massive scam. Now question is how to solve it? Have you ever noticed that most buildings in London, New York, or even South Mumbai are built right up to the footpath, with little or no margin space between the building wall and the compound wall? Do you know that Indian cities waste nearly 50% of their urban space in these margin areas? This leads to lower occupancy in prime areas and creates multiple challenges, including higher property prices. But our urban planners are so poor at planning that they don’t even consider this. And on top of that, municipalities often come in and destroy businesses operating within their own premises in these margin areas. This kind of use of space is quite common across Western cities, and now I’m seeing it in Middle Eastern cities too. Maybe it’s time our planners rethink how we use urban space.

Now, what if I told you that 15% of it is owned by our MP ,who once declared total assets of only ₹3 crore? Biggest ever travel scam within Defence Forces Exposed! This is a structured loophole, and hardly anyone notices it because it is so well hidden. From the outside, it is almost impossible to see. If you file an RTI, there is a high chance it will be rejected on the grounds of national defence. Did you know that a public sector company, Balmer Lawrie, is charging the armed forces exorbitant fees—sometimes even double the fare available in the retail market? Unfortunately, soldiers rarely raise their voices because their travel expenses are fully reimbursed. The bigger question is: why is the Ministry of Finance silent? Where is the financial oversight? This money comes from the Ministry of Defence’s budget. It could have been used to procure bulletproof jackets and other essential equipment for our armed forces. Instead, a system has been created that primarily benefits a PSU and some private companies involved in running it. I hope this video exposes the issue and that the government abolishes the Defence Travel System in the larger interest of the country as soon as possible.
