There is a horrible situation in Pueblo right now. This from the CSP: On February 17, 2026, at approximately 10:02 a.m., the Colorado State Patrol responded to a multi-vehicle crash involving semis and passenger vehicles on southbound I-25 at milepost 92, just south of Pueblo Boulevard. There is a preliminary estimate of at least 30 vehicles involved, including semis and passenger vehicles. Initial reports from troopers at the scene include four confirmed fatalities. In addition, there are reports of injuries. It is unknown at this time how many people are involved or the extent of the injuries. Northbound I-25 is closed at milepost 93. Southbound I25 is closed at milepost 94. Due to low visibility, drivers are urged to delay traveling until conditions improve. The Colorado State Patrol Vehicular Crimes Unit is the lead agency of this crash. We will provide updates when available.

Well this just happened on my way home from work. As I was driving down I-25 near Colorado Blvd, I noticed this motorcyclist doing a wheelie and standing on the seat. He rode like this for almost 2 minutes before going back onto both wheels. Obviously it’s not the smartest or safest thing to do on a motorcycle. I’m just glad I didn’t witness a potential downfall.

This is raw video of the aftermath of a wild and horrible looking crash at 10th and Perry in west Denver. Looks like the car may have gone airborne and crushed a sign, fence, shed and other things. The intersection is closed but there is light traffic.

Imagine this scene as you get to school in the morning. This is the Highlands Ranch elk herd running through one of the fields between Rocky Heights Middle and Rock Canyon High schools. You can see some of the students watching this from right there on the field. English Language Development Teacher Laurie Williamson at Rocky Heights sent this to me. Laurie says, "You have to love my screaming "look at the baby, look at the baby!" 🤪 LOL I am BIG elk fan. :-)" We are too!
