I went from a 29 bmi (almost obese) at 136lbs (I’m 4ft10) with insulin resistance. I was on the path to developing type 2 diabetes..now I am 19.2 bmi and 92 lbs 🥰 in the process of maintaining and trying to build muscle mass 💪 It’s been a long journey, but I’m so happy with my progress so far 🥰
