We receive around 74 reviews a day, and we read every single one. About 98% of that feedback is positive and we’re deeply grateful for the many of you who keep choosing our meals again and again. But that other 2%? It matters just as much to us, maybe even more. If your experience with Didi wasn’t what it should have been, whether that was recently or years ago, we’re genuinely sorry, and we mean that. Some of you walked away disappointed and never came back to give us another shot, and honestly, we understand why. We just wish we’d had the chance to make it right. That’s why we track feedback closely and keep improving every single day. To everyone, past and present: we’re listening, and we’re not done improving.
