What I do for ab training 99% of my training is the ab crunch machine I do 3 sets to failure every Mon-Thurs-Sat I rotate the order every time. So on Monday I'll do Abs before my workout and Thurs I'll do them at the end of my workout etc. I also log my ab lifts as well. I train it like any other muscle, with progressive overload. I'll throw in hanging leg raises a couple X's a month Diet will reveal what you've been working on SIMPLE!!
