Risk evaluation and final adjustments to collateral mix. Following this we will put up a new spend proposal for liquidity deployment to the DEXs using the same DAO that was used to purchase USDC and provide liquidity. The numbers suggested in the agora (blame frag) discussion are not set in stone as we may need to lower liquidity provision if markets do not recover within the next 2-3 months after infrastructure deployment is done.
