We have a third-world-esque city—with no law enforcement, no fire department, and very few utilities—built on sand, set to replace the 18th-largest city in Texas in terms of size. This community has been proven in the past to be filled with illegals and to run rampant with crime. All of this is on the outskirts of Houston. No one knows who's there, as it's alleged the developer doesn't check. Elected officials have turned a blind eye to the whole thing; maybe that's due to the large donations they receive from folks associated with Colony Ridge, or maybe it's due to some other factor in their goals—who knows? One thing is for sure: state-level public servants have failed miserably on this. While others turn a blind eye, Doc is out there leading from the front. Doc Pete Chambers is the commander Texas needs to take charge and lead us out of insanity like this. Doc Pete Chambers

Why did Doc Pete Chambers throw his name in the hat for Governor? Because he's fought for Texas and this nation in and out of uniform and the situation we all find ourselves in is unsustainable. Texans can't tolerate more of the same old "all optics and no action". Doc understands the problems from actually being on the ground, understands how to wield authority, and he'll lead from the front in executing the plans to fix the neglect from the last 10+ years. #TexasNeedsADoc

Doc officially filed to run for Governor in the great State of Texas and will face Greg Abbott in the Republican primary. It is with YOU, The People, that we will bring Texas back from the intentional managed decline of the last decade +. Thank you all for your support, God bless you and God bless Texas! Since 2019, Texas has collected 459.6 billion dollars in property taxes, some of that likely in excess. Roughly 50% of property taxes come from school taxes. Texas is the 5th highest State on property tax rates. We were promised that would go away...has it?

Make no mistake Greg has done nothing. It relies entirely on tips and complaints AFTER the development or community is already in place. There is nothing proactive about what Greg is doing. These people mock us and use our society and laws against us. Listen to them describe:

Texans have to pay around $6.2 to $9.2 BILLION each year to educate illegal migrant's children thanks to Plyler v. Doe decision from the 80's. A majority liberal Supreme Court decides we have to pay for infinity illegal immigrant education while we get taxed out of our homes, and our children's education suffers. Under Doc Pete Chambers, he will push the AG to challenge the Plyler decision as just one of many sweeping education reforms to fix the broken education system in Texas. Texas has the perfect conditions to challenge this ridiculous ruling and lead the way for all States to take back control of education for our people. Thanks to Greg Abbott allowing Texas to reach the breaking point with optics only illegal immigration deterrence, Doc Pete Chambers will be perfectly suited to correct a 43 year mistake.

The wicked people who hate you and want us all destroyed believe in Jesus. They are obsessed with mocking and denigrating him because they know he is the Son and the Word...and they hate him. Christ is King! We hope you have a blessed day and God bless Texas.

Look at how giddy certain individuals are when they get to cheerlead for Greg Abbott and rub how much (probably) dirty money he has in your face. Meanwhile the rest of us are out here struggling to make ends meet or face losing their home under the very conditions that Greg has caused. These people are completely removed from reality. That's what they think of us. They view us all as dumb cattle that have to vote for whoever has the most money. Because candidate X has more special interest big donor money, We The People get stuck with the special interest approved candidate? Notice how they never talk about the issues or the competition of ideas. It's never about who has a better vision or plan for Texas, it's always pot shots about money or some other ridiculous attack. We are running this thing, in many ways, like an unconventional warfare operation. Without disclosing tactics, techniques, and procedures, those operations do not require nearly the expenditure in dollars to achieve results as opposed to something more conventional. What’s being done and communicated about money is a method of voter suppression. It’s meant to demoralize voters on one side to make it appear that their support for a candidate is isolated and they’re all alone…that the candidate they support could never win because “look at the numbers”. This is called Bandwagon Effect and Demoralization. It’s a psychological manipulation tactic meant to suppress voters that exploit the conformity bias. It leads to people thinking “my vote won’t matter”. Greg and his sycophantic supporters are counting on this to be effective. If things were as hopeless as these idiots lead folks to believe, why would Greg be actively campaigning leading up to the Republican primary? I mean if there really is no chance for any challenger, why is Greg and his campaign doing the things they’re doing? There’d be no need to waste the time and resources on campaigning, it’d be better to save that for the general election against the democrat machine. But that’s not what we see is it? Greg is actively making the rounds and campaigning; his campaign staff is active and working. They may not be using the words primary (because doing so does nothing but hurt them), but they are out there and working every day. Greg is constantly getting in front of MSM or sympathetic State and national radio/podcast hosts. He’s utilizing known paid influencers on social media to echo his more recent “actions” to build the illusion of support and reinforce that Bandwagon Effect. He’s reaching out to members of the Texas legislature to desperately get them to sign on to his ridiculous big-nothingburger of a property tax plan…and then very publicly posting up when one of them signs on and “supports” it. Every time Doc attends a Republican committee event at the county level to talk (or has someone there on his behalf), Greg Abbott has a surrogate there actively campaigning for Greg in response. Greg and his team are so concerned with the numbers and what’s happening inside the party, they have to try and wrestle back control and narrative within the party. Just on social media, we’ve seen a 250% increase in activity on Greg’s campaign account since the summer. On multiple occasions Greg has either lifted direct sections of Doc Pete Chambers plans and policy or the concepts. Suddenly he’s figured out how to take action on the things that people are up in arms about, right before the primary election? On more than one occasion Greg and his campaign have been forced to put out a statement or propose some new “action” (optics) less than 24 hours after Doc or Doc’s campaign has posted about something. Ladies and gentlemen, those are not the actions of a candidate who has it in the bag and “there’s no threat”. Think about it this way. We admittedly have a fraction of the resources that Greg Abbott has, after he’s spent decades in politics…but little ole Doc with “no money” and “no chance” is forcing the leader of the 2nd largest State in the country and 8th largest economy in the world to sweat, forcing him to take actions he otherwise wouldn’t be taking…that is very significant and telling about how Greg and his team view Doc. So let the naysayers scream into the void and expose their true nature to everyone. We will continue on making Greg’s team backpedal and take actions they otherwise wouldn’t be taking. Anyone who’s ever participated in maneuver warfare at the operational and strategic level will know exactly what we are talking about. #TexasNeedsADoc

Texas, if you don't have a governor who's willing to risk their well-being, draw a line in the sand, and do everything possible to protect you, that person isn't a "public servant"—they're a "self-servant." If you ask yourself whether your governor would do this for you and the answer is no, it's time to replace that person.

They think manipulating our society and laws to create exclusive zones counter to our way of life is funny. The current administration leadership has done nothing to combat this, despite Constitutional authority and laws on the books. Doc has a plan to stop this:

Would like yalls feedback: Foreign land ownership, that SB 17 (2025) is supposed "prevent", is a significant issue facing Texans. SB 17 is entirely reactive and relies on anonymous tips and red flags AFTER the sale is complete. Only after a tip is received, then MAYBE an investigation will happen. It also does nothing to stop leasing from the countries on the "banned" list. That's unacceptable and it functionally does nothing to stop our land from being bought up by countries on the "banned" list (China, Iran, North Korea, & Russia). It also doesn't address the large purchasing of our land from countries not on that list. Let's break it down: 🟥As it stands, the Texas land owned by Countries that SB 17 is limited to represents around 2 to 3% of the share of foreign held agricultural land in Texas. Canada, Netherlands, Italy, UK, Germany, "other Europe", and Mexico comprise 94% of foreign owned ag land in Texas totaling around 4,900,000 acres. 🟥We are relying entirely on federal data sources like the USDA's Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act (AFIDA) reports, which only focus on agricultural land. That report relies on voluntary compliance from the reporting entities (like an actual bad-actor is going to voluntarily tell the truth) and there are no audits to verify beneficial ownership…There is NO State level tracking. 🟥A significant additional problem is the half a million acres of Texas land owned by foreign entities under shell companies with unclear or unlisted foreign ownership. Even more concerning for Texas is the estimated 1 to 2 MILLION additional acres of residential & commercial land that is foreign owned. Here is some potential (we want your feedback on this) fixes Doc Pete Chambers is looking at implementing: 🟩Doc will introduce legislation that requires mandatory beneficial ownership disclosure and real estate professionals (e.g. title companies and brokers) to conduct checks and halt sales if foreign entities are on or tied to Global Power Competitor listing. 🟩Add language in legislation to treat any lease from foreign entities totaling over 3 years as violating the SB 17 prohibition on foreign land leases > 1 year. Require landlords to file annual reports if a foreign tenant has greater than 2 years of cumulative control. ➡️Nothing is stopping foreign countries, even the ones on the "banned" list from leasing land and then renewing that lease each year. It's a dangerous loophole that creates conditions where even the countries America specifically has an adversarial relationship with can lease the land for a hundred years if they wanted. ➡️We can approach business investments (i.e. building a factory or hard structure that employs Texans) from countries not on the Global Power Competitor listing on a separate exemption where they are allowed to exceed lease prohibition limits due to the positive economic impact on that local economy. (we definitely want your feedback and ideas on this because Doc doesn't want to negatively impact employment and the economy, but we have to draw a line on the ridiculous lease loophole.) 🟩Creating a State public registry of existing foreign land ownership (none currently exists) and aggressively auditing. ➡️Already owned land is mostly out of the hands of the Governor to impact. These countries have already entered into contracts and have the titles to this land (talking about the European countries we listed earlier, not China, NK, etc.). Surprisingly significant legal hurdles exist to force divestment of these already held lands. What we can do is start tracking it for public and defense purposes. 🟩Hold sellers, real estate agents, title insurers, and attorneys legally liable for facilitating violations. ➡️No one should profit by intentionally selling out their neighbors to foreigners. It's well past time we put our people first over making more and more money. At some point there will be little to nothing left for younger Texans and future generations, or it will be prohibitively expensive/inaccessible. We have to avoid this. 🟨The idea was floated, and we have considered, setting citizenship requirements in order to purchase land...but there are very surprising legal and Constitutional hurdles that would ensure such action would not survive. As strange as that sounds, there are multiple federal treaties, federal preemption prohibitions, and Supreme Court case precedent that would ensure such action would fail. Until something significantly changes federally, we have to operate within the bounds of what is feasible and what is the law.
