I can’t stand the ignorance and must enlighten how uneducated liberals are or just dishonest. Democrats are posting like crazy that Trump’s $5,000 checks are illegal. The Supreme Court drew the line in Brown v. Hartlage (1982): candidates may make public promises of government benefits (tax cuts, spending, salary reductions, etc.) that voters will receive through the normal processes of government. That is protected political speech. The money is not conditioned on how any individual votes, or even on whether they vote. A Democrat who votes a straight Democratic ticket, or someone who stays home, would still be eligible if the GOP won the chambers. Democrats will block the $5,000 checks if they win and that is known. That is why Trump stated if Republicans win. Trump’s check is no different than Biden’s stimulus check. After they post it’s illegal they cry about where are the DOGE and tariff checks. Democrats sued over tariffs and blocked them. The tariff revenue was taken from the nation IRS paying down the deficit and ordered to go back to billionaire corporations as a result of Democrats lawsuit. Democrats literally took from the deficit and gave it back to the billionaire corporations. Democrats blocked DOGE cuts because they want taxpayers to keep paying for the 70%+ illegal aliens on government assistant programs. While taking taxpayer money to fund transgender studies in Islamic nations. Liberals are seriously clueless and/or just liars! Here is Biden promising $2,000 stimulus checks if we vote for Warnock and Assoff. I thought ILLEGAL ALIENS weren’t receiving government assistance? So Democrats lied for 4 years after opening the borders? The Democrat outage over CITIZENS receiving money back is hilarious after the billions in fraud that funded Democrats campaigns. Get over your TDS and apply some critical thinking skills. Unlike Biden’s stimulus checks to buy votes Trumps $5,000 checks will come from tariff REVENUE. A big piece many aren’t aware of happened inside USPS. If ballots were sent to the wrong address and returned, here’s what USPS did in 2020 and 2022: Supervisors instructed clerks and drivers to separate all RTS ballots from other mail. They claimed “DC orders” required that these ballots not go back into the normal mail stream to be returned to sender. Supervisors then left with large hampers full of ballots at night. Where did they go? Standard protocol is that all incorrectly addressed mail is processed as RTS on machines with date stamps. Station mail is collected and sent back to the plant for automation. So why were these returned ballots separated out? Why didn’t the unused ballots go out on the regular warehouse truck with drivers? Where did supervisors take them? Why couldn’t they be time-stamped? Why did DC change protocol just for these ballots? Why didn’t they want machines to process ballots that take images and force by hand only processing? Did USPS assist in ballot harvesting? More shenanigans I’ll save for another post, but a heavily Democrat-leaning federal agency like USPS shouldn’t be handling election ballots at all. Lois Lerner and others were at the center. Obama called it “intolerable,” but accountability was limited. The press spent far more time on trivial stories than digging into these.
