Tonight, outside Downing Street, crowds are chanting “long live the Intifada.” Throughout the day, we have seen marches glorifying terrorists, celebrating murder, and waving banners calling for the destruction of Israel - and, by extension, the genocide of Jews. Their heroes are Hamas: terrorists who butchered families, burned babies, and kidnapped grandmothers. And they want everyone to know it. On Thursday, two Jews were murdered in cold blood in Britain for being Jewish. That is what an Intifada looks like. For 48 hours, the Prime Minister, the Home Secretary, and senior politicians have told people not to attend these marches. They went ahead anyway, with Swastikas, pro-Hamas posters, and open calls for “jihad.” The Prime Minister said he would do “whatever it takes” to protect the Jewish community. So where is he? What has he done? Every synagogue I know was scrambling to increase security this weekend. Jewish schools are on edge. Parents are frightened. This is Britain in 2025. We were promised protection. We were promised leadership. We were promised “whatever it takes.” Instead, we are left with fear and silence. If this is not the moment to act, what is? The Jewish community fears another attack may be coming, and we can all see that nothing is being done to stop the marches of radicalisation that encourage it. But remember, the Prime Minister says he is doing “whatever it takes.”

If Israel stood accused of paying local criminals to firebomb British mosques, our streets would be filled with outrage. But when an Iran-linked group is accused of targeting synagogues? We don’t see solidarity. We see silence and conspiracy theories blaming the Jews instead.

For millions murdered in the Holocaust, there is no grave to visit and no burial place to mourn at. My great-grandmother’s grave carries the names of her mother, sister and brother. They were gassed and cremated in Auschwitz on 9 July 1944 and have no grave of their own.

Tomorrow, on the third anniversary of October 7, 'pro-Palestinian' students from the London Universities plan to march between their campuses. They did the same last year. There are 365 days in a year. Yet they have chosen the anniversary of the deadliest day for Jews since the Holocaust. One can therefore only conclude they are marching in support of Hamas's genocidal attacks. The Met has asked them to change the date, but says it can't ban the march over its timing. We can debate that but whether it goes ahead is now beside the point. What is clear - and this amplifies what we knew already - is that there are many universities, in London and across the country, where the poison is already too deep-rooted to extract. This has been allowed to fester for years by the universities themselves. And no doubt it was emboldened by the Green Party on Sunday. If Zionism is racism. If the Jewish State is uniquely evil. If its supporters are collectively racist - then why wouldn't you decide to march to celebrate and glorify the deaths, the rapes, the hostage-taking, the terror? Like spoilt children, these people have been accommodated and indulged for a long time now - well before 7/10. And when you don't say "no" to a child, they push the boundaries of what is acceptable further and further. We are now at the point where academia not only doesn't say “no” - in places it is actively saying YES! Last month, at my UCL graduation, a student walked across the stage holding a sign: “UCL funds genocide.” Most of the room cheered. And on the stage, bizarrely clapping along, was the vice-provost - lending the university's authority to a modern blood libel. We are in a dangerous and sad place as a society. I spoke to Nick Ferrari about it this morning 👇

81 years ago today, 18,000 Jewish lives were taken in a single day at Majdanek, with loudspeakers blaring dance music to drown their cries. In total, over 42,000 were murdered in the Lublin region from Nov 3-4, 1943. (Singing Ani Maamin—"I believe"—in Majdanek crematorium.)

An NHS doctor said “Gas the Jews” - and was only given a warning. Get a grip, GMC.

The Prime Minister promised to do “whatever it takes” to protect Jews. So why did he roll out the red carpet for a man who has openly expressed hatred towards Jews - and contempt for Britain and our values? It can only be to appease his voting bloc. Britain deserves answers.

The cause of the fire at Kosher Kingdom, Golders Green, is still unknown and may well be an electrical fault. But the fact that many, myself included, immediately feared the worst as soon as we saw smoke and heard sirens is a damning indictment of Jewish life in Britain in 2026.

Surviving October 7th: We Will Dance Again is airing now. Young people went to a festival for peace, to dance, to love, and were met with unimaginable cruelty. Watch it. You won’t be the same, but you'll know. And knowing is the first step to ensuring this never happens again.
