20kg on each arm. I am not anybody’s mate. Even me, I am not my own mate. 😂

Just 5 days later, I am lifting 25kg on each arm. For context, a full suitcase for international travel is normally a maximum of 23kg. Every day In every way I am getting better And better!

Day 4 was 12 minutes stationary bike, 50 press-ups and 21 minutes of Tai Chi. Although the Tai Chi movements appear so gentle, my hear rate still rose to 127 beats per minute. 😀

This morning, I was inducted as Professor of Practice in the fields of Governance and Public Policy at Miva Open University for a 3-year tenure. For the avoidance of doubt, I am still to be addressed as Dr Joe Abah.🙏🏾

My brilliant niece Chioma has just taken the Hippocratic Oath and is now Dr Chioma Kelechi-Njoku. Another doctor in the house, to the glory of God Almighty.

I have started my journey to 100 pushups daily till March 2025. Upon waking up, I gulped 500cl of water and did the first 20. I will shave, brush my teeth, pick out my clothes for the day, and then do another 20 before I shower. Who is with me on this #pushupchallenge? 😀
