You gonna just decide that I'm drunk? Who are you to decide that I'm drunk? I make that decision. That decision is between me and God.

The generational divide rap war is back

Felt like I had courtside seats to a 50 at the dunk contest when I saw this part. Boy you talk about a muthafuckin legend

Cooper Flagg is set to become the first white American drafted #1 overall since Kent Benson in 1977. If you’re a NBA fan who thinks you don’t know who Kent Benson is…..you do. He’s this guy.

Really this simple.

Live look at Tommy Richman as he has the only song in the top 6 that isn't part of the Drake-Kendrick beef

Merry Christmas 🎅🏾 Long live Dolph 🐬

I don’t think I’ll ever love an NBA opening day commercial more than this 2016 ESPN on NBA commercial with Chance the Rapper. This shit really gets me emotional. What a beautiful sport. Happy opening day yall

And this part should sound familiar to just about everyone. So Mobb Deep, OutKast, Jay-Z & Beyoncé all found inspiration from this one Prince song. It’s why whenever someone says “I never listened to Prince” I’m always like yes you have. His fingerprints are on so much.

Bro wanted to be very clear he is NOT a neutral 3rd party producer in this 😭

October 1st. Happy Mikael Myurrrrrrs season for all who celebrate.

One of my favorite Mobb Deep loosies used Prince’s If I Was Your Girlfriend beat. Didn’t chop it. Didn’t slow it down or speed it up. Just let it ride and hopped in the booth. That beat is perfection.

Pop for my money is the greatest coach in NBA history and he has never lost sight of what really matters.

It’s actually Bamonté

Me on Thursday night when I'm four tracks deep into Andre 3000's flute album and on my 2nd Modelo and realize it's time for *me* to be the rapper on this album.

And since the new twitter rules are we can’t discuss Mobb Deep without discussing OutKast now, the soliloquy at the end of If I Was Your Girlfriend always felt like such an inspiration to Andre 3000’s whole aesthetic. It’s The Love Below condensed to 90 seconds.

Not looking to get into this argument but I just want to share this clip bc I always enjoy it rappers aren’t too cool to be big fans of other rappers.

Man shout out Papa Rue

He’s running with the Coastal Carolina playbook. He might be cooked I fear 😔

“I’ma talk about my friends forever and ever they still here” 💐

This is like when I first found out how big wolves truly are.

Anyway here’s Scarface and Ice Cube -two rappers who Congress set their sights on during their anti rap crusade- on Hand of the Dead Body in 1994 speaking on this very topic of government suppression and censorship. First appearance by the legendary Devin The Dude on the hook too
