When IPL began, they picked a young turk in Virat to play in a team of Test greats, when they dismantled that team only VK remained. The loyalty of being a one team player throughout his career is what makes this bond so special. He became one of the greats of the game, yet he never left them. Even if it meant that he may never win an IPL, but kept dreaming to win that title only with RCB and it became a reality last season
