They know the bird that died, “Spirit”, wasn’t sick; she was injured and then neglected by the state. They know that even if the farmers’ count was off, the CFIA’s own initial flock estimate is still 300–330 birds. MORE ASSAULTS at the University of Victoria: Second-hand smoke is a physical matter. Our Crim Code s. 265(1), includes intentional, indirect force under assaults. The U.S. case Leichtman v. WLW Jacor Communications, Inc. would likely be treated as persuasive evidence. But ultimately, a university still pushing the false claim that 215 dead children were “discovered” in unmarked graves and branding those who correct their propaganda a threat, only fuels the complex struggles some of their students who may suffer from mental illness, already experience. SHOCKING OSTRICH FARM NEWS: RCMP tells the farmers’ neighbours ( who are also family ) that the CFIA has been “gracious enough to allow” them to access their own home. BREAKING OSTRICH FARM NEWS: RCMP Officer Paul Britton, was just at the farm. My guess to do a visual before the final pre-cull briefing. Ie. How many vehicles / protesters are present, does anything look abnormal… The farm is familiar with Britton due to their journey and Katie claims to have seen tears in his eyes prior to him leaving.
