This morning, I met Senát Parlamentu ČR President Miloš Vystrčil to discuss actions to boost competitiveness, cut red tape and strengthen Europe’s security. As we stopped by a building of the Ukrainian Government that has been damaged during the aggression, I underlined Europe's focus to deliver shelter, provide generators, repair damaged homes & improve access to water & heating. We are stepping up our humanitarian aid to ensure Ukraine is prepared for the cold winter months ahead 🇪🇺🇺🇦

People in Iran deserve to live free. The European Parliament will keep pushing to designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organisation. It would mean further degradation of the IRGC's ability to operate with impunity, disrupt their cash flow, their modus operandi and underline that they will find no safe haven. Equally importantly, it would send a strong message to the brave Iranians on the streets that Europe has heard them, that we stand with them and we have acted against their tormentors.
