In Real Bout Special you can choose EX versions only for 4 characters: Andy Bogard, Billy Kane, Blue Mary and Tung Fu Rue which a different moveset from their default version. EX Tung spitting antiair fireballs is so cool lol. Also that Chonrei hold fireball isn't that bad.
