In Operations you'll want to consider spreading out your squads tasks. In Firestorm Rescue for example you'll want to make sure someone is taking care of the environmental jammers criminals have installed around the station whilst the rest of your group evacuates the hostages. If no one keeps an eye on the rising temperatures it could spell disaster for the hostages! Learn more:
