The Phenomenon controls Disclosure. 4. We're "not ready" for Disclosure. 5. Jacques Vallée on Staged UFO Abductions. I suspect this is PART of what is considered Catastrophic Disclosure. Not(not all at least) that the phenomenon is so Indigestible on its own.
