BREAKING: ENOCH BURKE SPEAKS OUT AGAINST LIES AND MISREPRESENTATION Orla O'Connor is the Legal Affairs Correspondent for RTÉ, the state broadcaster. In her report today, she failed to report one word of what Enoch Burke spoke in today's High Court hearing. Judge Brian Cregan said that Enoch Burke can have his religious belief “outside the gate” of Wilson's Hospital School. The Constitution states otherwise: “freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion… guaranteed to every citizen” (Article 44.2.1). Judge Cregan’s function and role on the bench is to uphold that Constitution, not his own ideas. The topic of the Court’s judgment this morning was how much Enoch Burke will be fined. The same Court has never dealt with the rights and wrongs of a School Principal demanding a teacher to use the “they” pronoun and a new name for a student in a classroom. This was Principal Niamh McShane’s demand of all teachers in Wilson's Hospital School. This was the basis for Enoch Burke's suspension - his refusal to comply with Principal McShane's demand. Judge Brian Cregan has closed his eyes to the Principal’s instruction and refused to vindicate Enoch Burke’s constitutional rights. Separately Judge Cregan is proposing to ban Martina Burke, Dr Isaac Burke and Ammi Burke from attending court hearings. No particulars have been provided by Judge Cregan for why this sanction is being proposed. The Court has not addressed serious concerns raised in correspondence to the Court by Martina Burke, Dr Isaac Burke and Ammi Burke, and Judge Cregan misrepresented the nature of that correspondence in Court this morning.

BREAKING: Enoch Burke speaks after release from prison today Teacher Enoch Burke was released from prison this morning. Judge Brian Cregan said he was releasing Enoch Burke from prison because the Disciplinary Appeal Panel (DAP) process, set up to hear Enoch Burke’s appeal of his purported dismissal, is over. Judge Cregan is fully aware of the gross injustice of the DAP process in Enoch Burke’s case. Enoch Burke was deceived into sitting in front of Claire Callanan as Chair of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel. Claire Callanan is married to Lyndon McCann SC, the chief legal adviser to the Church of Ireland, and holds high office herself in the Church of Ireland. Wilson’s Hospital School is a Church of Ireland school. In no way was Claire Callanan an ‘independent’ Chair. It is shocking that Judge Cregan knows this, and yet accepts the findings of this biased panel. Judge Cregan also said he was releasing Enoch Burke as it is now the school holidays and therefore Enoch is not a danger to the children at the school. Enoch Burke received nothing but kindness and goodwill from the children of Wilson’s Hospital School. We believe Judge Cregan is fully aware of this but nonetheless refuses to acknowledge it. We have seen the recent scenes of depravity at the Dublin Pride Parade with men dressed as dogs and barking, satanists parading and other perverted displays. This is the filth which children are being taught in schools across the country, yet a High Court judge believes Enoch Burke is the danger. This is a disgrace.

BREAKING: Security barred teacher Enoch Burke from attending his school this morning after he refused to call a child “they”. An excellent, highly educated Irish teacher, commended by students and parents, blocked from his place of work because he will not deny his Christian belief. Andrew Wilson directed in 1724 that Wilson’s Hospital School be founded with a Christian ethos, as a place where young men would be brought up to live a righteous life. Today a teacher is barred from entering simply because he will not trample on the Christian ethos of the school and endorse transgenderism.

BREAKING: Judge jails Enoch Burke for Christmas with effective life sentence This is a dark and shameful day in Ireland. Enoch Burke is an exemplary teacher and a man of integrity. His only “crime” is that he refuses to endorse transgenderism and bow to a satanic ideology. Judge Brian Cregan announced in court this morning that if any of Enoch Burke’s family members spoke he would eject all family members from the courtroom. The Supreme Court has ruled that such an action would be illegal. While sitting on the bench today Judge Cregan lied, obfuscated and quizzed Enoch Burke on reports from an Irish Independent newspaper article written by journalist Shane Phelan - while trampling on Enoch Burke’s God-given and constitutional right to profess and practise his religious belief. Our courts are now a shambles and citizens of this country are suffering as a result - most of all Enoch Burke who will spend this Christmas in a jail cell in Mountjoy.

BREAKING: Fine Gael Education Minister runs from Enoch Burke questions in Galway Schoolteacher Enoch Burke has spent almost 700 days in prison after refusing to use ‘they/them’ pronouns for a child. Hildegarde Naughton is the Fine Gael Minister for Education. She was protected from questioning when approached in Galway City last night. Hildegarde Naughton deceived Enoch Burke into sitting in front of Claire Callanan as Chair of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel which was to hear Enoch Burke’s appeal. The Chair is required to be independent, however Callanan is married to Lyndon McCann SC, the chief legal adviser to the Church of Ireland, and is herself an employee of the Church of Ireland. In no way was Claire Callanan an ‘independent’ Chair. Claire Callanan was appointed to this role by Hildegarde Naughton, the Minister for Education. This was an act of gross deception. This is a very serious day when the Fine Gael Minister for Education can deceive a young teacher by making him sit in front of a chair who is neither independent nor impartial and then refuse to answer questions when asked.

BREAKING: Shocking scenes as Enoch Burke denied justice and forced out of Appeal Hearing by prison officers Enoch Burke’s mother Martina Burke and brother Dr Isaac Burke were also removed by police. At the start of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel hearing, which is by law an “informal” hearing, Enoch Burke objected to the presence of a top Employment Barrister as well as a Solicitor from a major Dublin law firm. Despite Enoch Burke’s repeated objections, the Chair of the Disciplinary Appeals Panel, Claire Callanan said to Mr Burke: “We may be wrong and you may be right but we are going ahead nonetheless.” Barrister Barra Faughnan BL and Solicitor Fiona Sheil of Mason Hayes & Curran Solicitors were acting for Wilson’s Hospital School at the hearing in Athlone today. The presence of lawyers at such an appeal is contrary to settled law and Department of Education procedures for dealing with appeals. Enoch Burke has now spent over 650 days behind bars after refusing to use they/them pronouns for a student. These are the third Disciplinary Appeal Panel proceedings in relation to Enoch Burke that have ended in shambles.

BREAKING: Battalion of security guards at Teaching Council investigation into Enoch Burke Teacher Enoch Burke has now spent over 700 days in prison after he refused to use they / them pronouns for a male student. The Teaching Council, set up by the government, is now “investigating” Enoch Burke with the threat that he will lose his license to teach. Prison officers brought Enoch Burke from Castlerea Prison to the Teaching Council Offices in Maynooth this morning for a preliminary hearing. The front entrance was blocked by three security guards from a private security firm. One of the men had a clipboard and asked the public for personal details before they were allowed entry. The Teaching Council hired these guards on taxpayers’ money. There were up to 10 of these security guards in the building manning the entrances and exits. This should not be. Under law, the hearing should be public. Today’s hearing was not public. Enoch Burke spent approximately 6 hours at this hearing today with no legal advice or support in the room. The panel set up by the Teaching Council to investigate Enoch Burke includes Chairperson Andy Pike, Clodagh O’Hara, and Adrian Guinan. Panel members Andy Pike and Adrian Guinan left the building flanked by security. We understand that Clodagh O’Hara remained in the building until the Burkes had left to avoid being seen. Enoch Burke asked Mr Andy Pike to step down due to social media activity expressing bias against him and support of the LGBTQ+ agenda. He also asked the other Panel members to step down for bias in previous conduct and decisions made. Also seen in this video is Lorna Lynch SC who is a top-paid barrister and the legal advisor to the panel. A decision on this is due to be delivered on Friday morning. It is a scandal that Enoch Burke is being brought before this “Inquiry” at all.

BREAKING: ENOCH BURKE FINED €225,000 AFTER REFUSING TO BOW TO TRANSGENDERISM Teacher Enoch Burke refused to endorse transgenderism in his school. Today he was fined almost a quarter of a million euros by the Irish Courts. Enoch Burke won his Court of Appeal case last July against the make-up of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel appointed to hear the appeal of his dismissal from Wilson’s Hospital School. The panel had included Kieran Christie, the General Secretary of the ASTI and promoter of transgenderism. There is a major discrepancy between the recent Court of Appeal judgment (which ordered the removal of Kieran Christie) and the behaviour of the High Court today in continuing to uphold the lawfulness of Enoch Burke’s suspension. The Court of Appeal ruled that the principal’s “overarching complaint” against Enoch Burke was his refusal to comply with her instruction to address a child by a new name and the “they” pronoun. The Court of Appeal further ruled that “indisputably” the disciplinary authorities must assess the legitimacy of that instruction. The High Court has never assessed whether the principal’s instruction was legitimate. It has repeatedly refused to acknowledge the true basis for the disciplinary action against Enoch Burke and has never determined Enoch Burke’s claim that there has been a breach of his constitutional rights. Notwithstanding, it has purported to uphold the lawfulness of Enoch Burke’s suspension. In all of these matters the High Court is wholly at odds with the recent judgment of the Court of Appeal. Today Judge David Nolan refused to have regard to the findings of the Court of Appeal and threatened to find members of the Burke family in contempt of court for raising the issue. Judge David Nolan refused to allow Enoch Burke’s affidavit or submissions to be opened or addressed in court. This behaviour is extremely concerning. Judge David Nolan stated today he does not want to put Enoch Burke back in prison. In the same breath he has accused Enoch Burke of having “a perverted sense of justice”. The truth is that Judge David Nolan knows that the public is appalled and outraged at the perverted actions of the Irish Courts over the past three years as Enoch Burke has been repeatedly denied his constitutional rights, the very rights which Judge David Nolan and others have solemnly vowed to uphold. All of this would never have happened but for the silence of the Church. The Church has betrayed Christ and been silent. For the last three years Enoch Burke has been made a pariah and a scapegoat for refusing to affirm transgenderism. The ethos of Wilson’s Hospital School, a Church of Ireland school, is Christian. Its teaching is “God made them male and female”. ‘Bishop’ Patricia ‘Judas’ Storey, the Patron of Wilson’s Hospital School, has betrayed this ethos, as has Archbishop John ‘Judas’ McDowell. Enoch Burke stood up for the ethos of Wilson’s Hospital School in 2022 when Principal Niamh McShane instructed all students and staff to use the ‘they’ pronoun for a male student. He objected to this demand. Storey and McDowell were silent and agreed with corrupt judges who upheld Enoch Burke’s unlawful suspension. When you see these people in their pulpits, making their fair speeches, think of Enoch Burke - locked up for over 500 days, stripped of his salary and denied his constitutional rights. Do not be deceived. These so-called Church leaders are Judases who have betrayed Christ. Their silence has been the prime cause of this whole situation.

THE DUP ARE SACRIFICING CHILDREN ON THE LGBTQ+ ALTAR - Burke Family Statement from the DUP Conference We attended the DUP conference at the La Mon Hotel on Friday and Saturday last week. On Friday evening we spoke with Minister of Education Paul Givan as he arrived at the DUP Conference dinner and accompanying entertainment. We questioned him on why he, as Minister of Education, is promoting LGBTQ+ ideology to schools across Northern Ireland. Upon arriving at the hotel the following day we approached DUP MLA Jonny Buckley but he quickly disappeared into the building. On both days, shortly after we arrived at the conference, the police were called. It is a low state of affairs when the DUP must resort to the PSNI to protect them from accountability. The current recommended RSE curriculum for Northern Ireland schools contains detailed and extensive material promoting subjects such as transgender ideology, “consent”, and pornography. Paul Givan is recommending that schools at both primary and secondary level establish links with Cara-Friend, an organisation which believes children as young as three can be transgender. These teachings and beliefs represent the demolition of Christian belief. Children who imbibe such ideology in schools will be lost to Christianity, the precise reason why such ideologies are promoted in the first place. On 24 June Nigel Dodds of the DUP attended the Westminster National Prayer Breakfast. Only days previously parliament had passed legislation for the murder of the unborn up to birth as well as the killing of the elderly. At the event Mr Dodds offered a prayer on stage, standing beside and joining in fellowship with MPs who had voted in favour of these evil laws as well as promoting LGBTQI+ ideology. Mr Dodds was joined in prayer by a prominent Catholic priest - Christopher Colven - who is the Catholic Chaplain to the Houses of Parliament. Absolutely nothing was said about the wickedness which had just been sanctioned by many politicians at the event. Such prayers, in this context, are an abomination. Paul Givan recently stated that he had full confidence in every member of the Education Authority. These members include many unionists who have been silent on the promotion of LGBTQ+ ideology. They also include Paul Kavanagh of Sinn Féin who received five life sentences for an IRA nail bombing in the 1980s which killed an 18-year old young man and a 59-year old widow as well as injuring forty others. Mr Kavanagh has thus far also been silent on the Education Authority’s promotion of transgender ideology. The DUP, once the party of faith and morals, are now deniers of Christ. The DUP’s promotion of LGBTQ+ ideology is of course closely linked to the leadership of the Free Presbyterian Church. Mervyn Storey, the Chair of the Education Authority, who was exposed as promoting transgender ideology to schools across Northern Ireland, is an elder in Ballymoney Free Presbyterian Church. He was and is fully supported by his Minister, David Park. In recent days many Free Presbyterian ministers have been loudly eulogising Charlie Kirk after he was assassinated in the United States. They have called for prayer for Mr Kirk’s widow Erika, a wealthy woman who no doubt will have ample support and succour from Cardinals and Bishops of her Roman Catholic Church. These ministers have beaten their breasts and praised Mr Kirk to the heavens for his stand on transgenderism. However, when Enoch Burke was imprisoned for over 500 days and stripped of his livelihood after refusing to bow to transgender ideology in his school, the same ministers were mute. When the call to take a stand came to their own doorstep, they had nothing to say. Indeed, when the gross hypocrisy of Mervyn Storey was exposed, many such ministers were firmly on the other side. Many in Northern Ireland today are asking, what should we do? Some are turning to other parties such as the TUV. The simple fact is, that the TUV were not present on Friday and Saturday at the La Mon hotel to challenge the DUP. Indeed, when the Mervyn Storey revelations were made, we received a growl from many representatives of the TUV. What the Christian people of Northern Ireland must do is challenge their leaders. Challenge Paul Givan on his promotion of LGBTQ+ ideology. Challenge the hypocritical ministers who make grand statements about events far away but are on the other side when a stand is taken on their own doorstep. Do not allow your children, in the words of Scripture, to be “sacrificed to devils” (Psalm 105:37) on the altar of LGBTQ+ ideology. We will continue to challenge. We have absolute confidence that the truth will prevail.

BREAKING: RTÉ spread disinformation on the death of Ali Sohrabi in Castlerea Prison Ali Sohrabi, a prisoner on remand, died in Castlerea Prison on Thursday 25 June. Media including RTÉ, the Irish Examiner, the Irish Independent and Midwest Radio have claimed that Sohrabi was “found dead in his cell.” These reports are untrue. Sohrabi did not die in his cell. He was not found in his cell. At 7:30pm on Thursday 25 June Martina Burke called Pat McGrath, RTÉ Western Correspondent, to raise this issue. McGrath answered the phone, then immediately hung up when he heard the purpose of the call. It is unacceptable that these media outlets can make claims which they know are untrue. It is wrong that the public cannot believe what they read or hear on the national media. We have had to write on numerous occasions to papers such as the Irish Examiner regarding the disinformation they publish on the case of Enoch Burke. It is also serious to hear the Minister for Arts and Culture Patrick O’Donovan warn of the dangers of disinformation, yet claim that the only reliable sources of news are outlets such as RTÉ. We would encourage the public to contact RTÉ and enquire why they are spreading this disinformation and giving a false message to the public. We would also encourage the public to contact Minister Patrick O’Donovan and ask him what steps he will be taking to address the disinformation being spread by the media.

BREAKING: “I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY” - MEP MARIA WALSH QUESTIONED ON ENOCH BURKE IN CASTLEBAR MEP Maria Walsh refused today to engage or answer any questions regarding the ongoing unjust imprisonment of teacher Enoch Burke. Teacher Enoch Burke has now spent over 700 days in prison after he refused to use they / them pronouns for a male student. He is now facing the threat of losing his teacher’s license from the Teaching Council. It is shameful that an elected MEP on over €120,000 a year plus expenses can show such contempt for her constituents. Last week Enoch Burke was forced to sit before a Teaching Council fitness to practice inquiry. His crime is refusing to accept that you can be suspended for not endorsing transgender ideology. At the same time an English court was sentencing two men in a homosexual relationship for the horrific abuse and murder of a 13-month-old baby. The two men had been allowed to adopt this child several months prior to his murder. Baby Preston Davey died in July 2023 at the hands of Jamie Varley, 37, who subjected the child to horrific physical, sexual and emotional abuse during the final months of his short life. The judge said Preston had faced ‘unremitting abuse and neglect’ before being killed by Varley during a sexual attack. He had endured a campaign of physical, psychological and sexual assaults, eventually leading to his death. Varley, a secondary school teacher and child safeguarding lead, was sentenced to life in prison. John McGowan-Fazakerley, was found guilty of sexual assault, child cruelty and allowing the death of a child and sentenced to 25 years. Baby Preston was admitted to hospital with injuries three times in the four months before his death. However no action was taken by those responsible to remove him from these men. God forbid that we would be silent in the face of such depravity. The question that is now being asked is how could this awful abuse have been allowed to go unchecked until too late. Why did hospital staff, neighbours and social workers not raise the alarm? Were they in fear of being branded “homophobic” and not “inclusive”? Were they in fear of losing their jobs? Too late we see the horrific consequences of silence. Maria Walsh has nothing to say about Enoch Burke who has spent over 700 days in jail for his Christian beliefs. In Maria’s view, there is no place for Christian belief in our society, belief based on the Holy Scriptures. We must stand up for Christian belief even if church leaders, Protestant or Catholic, do not. It is time to return to what the Scriptures teach and say no to anti-Christian LGBT ideology.

BREAKING: Enoch Burke to face THIRD Disciplinary Appeal Panel after High Court refuses to halt proceedings Teacher Enoch Burke has spent over 650 days in prison after refusing to refer to a male student using the “they” pronoun. On Wednesday of this week Enoch Burke sought an extension of time from the Court of Appeal to appeal the judgment of Judge Alexander Owens in 2023 upholding his suspension. This application follows serious developments in recent days, including a Department of Education statement issued in January this year that there is “no legal obligation” on schools to use “preferred pronouns” of students. In particular the Court of Appeal must address the issue of whether the instruction by Principal Niamh McShane to use the “they” pronoun for a male student was lawful. Today High Court Judge Micheal O’Connell (appointed in 2026) refused to grant an injunction restraining the Disciplinary Appeal Panel proceedings pending the outcome of the Court of Appeal case. Enoch Burke must now go before this panel while the key issue of his case — whether the instruction of Principal Niamh McShane to use the “they” pronoun for a male student was lawful — has not been ruled upon by the Court of Appeal. This is a travesty of justice.
