Lake rescue !!. It was his first trip to a local lake after beating cancer. He had the same last name as I do (no relation) He launched off 5 minutes after me. It is NOT a boat launch. 54 years and I've never seen any boat launch from there. It's our duty to help fellow anglers, period! I called 911 and DNR immediately and they came fast. He had an oxygen tank and looked like a broken foot boot. I stayed with him until I knew he was safe. Thank you local fire, emt, DNR!!. (I began fishing after about an hour and got some DANDIES!)

My daughter had to be carried out of the pool today after refusing every effort to leave. The tears, the screaming, the stares from others-those moments are exhausting and overwhelming. What looks like a simple transition can feel impossible for her. What you don't see is the autism behind the struggle

Im ready whatever shade your gonna throw my way. Call me crazy call me stupid but this is something I need in my life time. Being a struggling fisherman I never cared what anyone thought anyways. I'm feeling super blessed to be in the presence of such an amazing creature.

If you've ever fished Snow's Cut, you already know... half the battle is dealing with other boats Today was hands down the closest we've ever come to having a real problem on the water. The crazy part? We weren't even fishing in the channel. Everything happened so fast, and for a second there it got a little western. Thankfully everyone was good, but some people really need to slow down, pay attention and wear better sunglasses... Also, shoutout to Lexi for showing a level of restraint I've never witnessed before, because I know she was about 0.2 seconds away from absolutely unleashing hell on that boater

This video has been circulating on social media claiming it shows an orca attacking a boat which is not true!!. The whale in the video is actually a minke whale. According to local reports, the captain and his wife followed the whale into shallow water while filming. When the whale suddenly changed direction to head back into deeper water, it was forced to swim over a sandbar beneath the boat, most likely injuring itself in the process. If you're going whale watching, please do it responsibly. Respect the animals, keep a safe distance, and follow the local regulations of each country. These rules exist for a reason to protect these animals and allow them to live with as little human stress as possible
