Dips are a discount. How long will the market let Strategy and other Bitcoin treasury companies bring down their average cost? I would guess not that long. Treasury companies are price insensitive buyers. There’s no need to let them buy at a discount.

“The biggest danger is a very talented, well funded, well intentioned developer, trying to do something good.” If you want to go down the relevant rabbit hole, read up on PR #9049 "Remove duplicatable duplicate-input check from CheckTransaction." It aimed to optimize block validation by avoiding a costly check during initial pre-relay block validation.
