ALERT: California “billionaire-backed” city facing backlash after city officials refused to meet with a company planning on building a $3.2 billion port and are now moving to Texas. Saronic Technologies, an Austin-based defense contractor, was planning on building “Port Alpha,” an autonomous shipyard, in Solano County but has now switched to Brownsville, Texas. Saronic, whose port is projected to bring in 10,000 jobs, sent executives to Solano, but state Senator Christopher Cabaldon and the Solano County Board of Supervisors refused to meet with the company. Vacaville Mayor John Carli torched the officials, saying, “What a profound dereliction of duty. You don’t win 10,000 jobs by insulting the company bringing them. Solano County deserves leaders who fight to open doors, not lock them from the inside.” California Forever, backed by Silicon Valley heavyweights and Jan Sramek, was blamed by Cabaldon because they “held the shipyard proposal hostage by tying it to their unpopular housing development proposal.”

NEW: Video of the car crash that sent ESPN analyst Mike Miller to the hospital, where he had to have his arm amputated, has been obtained by New York Post. Miller was involved in a head-on collision with a semi-truck on a 2 lane road in Jasper County, Missouri, last month. Missouri State Highway Patrol officials reported that Miller was wearing a seatbelt “during the crash and due to the extensive damage, the seatbelt ripped, and Miller was ejected from his Ford Bronco. According to a GoFundMe set up by Miller's family, he had to have his left arm amputated while also suffering “a compound fracture of his left femur, a shattered left kneecap,” and “multiple broken ribs.” A witness reported to the MSHP that, “I witnessed the Bronco just a hard swerve into the semi’s lane. The semi tried to swerve. It made contact. I haven’t ever seen a car explode like that. I ran to the Bronco and there was no one in the vehicle. I heard groaning behind me. I saw a man laying in the grass. I called 911.” MSHP has reported the semi-truck driver was not injured and not under the influence of alcohol or marijuana. Miller said in a post on X that he has had multiple successful surgeries and is stepping away from his role at ESPN indefinitely to “best focus on my healing and recovery.”

ALERT: Hospital ran out of anti-venom trying to save a father of 3 who was bitten twice by a rattlesnake. Christopher Howarth was visiting his parents in Oroville, California, and went into their backyard to check on a leaking pipe. Howarth stepped on what he thought was a plant, but it turned out to be a deadly rattlesnake that bit him twice on the foot. When his wife Jenny found him, his lungs had begun failing, his tongue was numb, and his lymph nodes had ballooned. Suffering from a rare blood-clotting condition, the hospital used 54 vials of anti-venom by day 3 and ran out by day 5. “I wasn’t sure if I was going to pull through. At one point, I wrote some letters to my kids to make sure they had one last letter from Dad.” The Norcal hospital then transferred Howarth by helicopter to Stanford Hospital, and their anti-venom helped subdue his symptoms. Thankfully, Howarth is now back at his Idaho home with his wife and 3 children after 12 grueling days in the hospital.

ALERT: Woman arrested after using her access to the sensitive court database to warn members of a drug trafficking operation who had arrest warrants. Crystal Lawson, 32, was hired in 2022 as a Juvenile Probation Officer for the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice before being terminated from that role for a battery charge later that year. Although Lawson was fired, her access to the court database was not cut off. Between January and May 2026, Lawson used the database 106 times to search for active criminals being investigated for drug trafficking. Lawson unlawfully found multiple active, unserved arrest warrants and leaked that information to the criminals. Orange County Sheriff's Office stated on Instagram, “These leaks resulted in lost evidence, unrecovered assets, and at least one flight to avoid arrest.” Lawson was charged with 113 felony counts of unauthorized access, each punishable by up to 5 years in prison.

ALERT: Ex-billionaire who sought to have 50 children with “Aryan” woman sentenced to 12 years in prison. Greg Lindberg, 55, a North Carolina billionaire, spent roughly $30 million on private jets, $21 million “in connection with various women,” and another $12 million on yacht expenses. Lindberg siphoned over $2 billion in an insurance fraud scheme that stole money meant for retirees and policyholders. Lindberg would conceal the fraud with sham loans, circular transactions, and false finances. While federal employees were investigating Lindberg, Bloomberg News found he was running a “baby project” to father as many as 50 children through a network of surrogacy and egg donation centers. Bloomberg found that Lindberg specifically pursued women with blonde hair and blue eyes that former associates described as “Aryan.” 25 women have been tied to the operation, with some accusing Lindberg of lying to them, saying the eggs would be donated to an anonymous couple, but instead Lindberg used them for himself. Bloomberg also found that Lindberg, a father of 12, spent a lot of money to recruit women through yacht parties, luxury events, and match-making services. While operating these events, Lindberg would run surveillance that conducted background checks and monitor prospective romantic partners. Lindberg sued Bloomberg for defamation, but the case was thrown out by a federal judge in Florida. Court filings revealed bizarre personal notes about living to 120, “longevity research,” and cloning.
