But on the other end, Mercedes losing her first match in AEW should feel monumental, and what’s more monumental than doing it on the biggest stage? That would put Toni over the moon, and the fall and break down of Mercedes Moné would take this story to another realm. AEW has the chance to finish this arc with Mercedes and Toni headlining a PPV, having Mercedes finally win the WWC.
