Today, our #GhostRiders reflect on the hearts behind our mission as we prepare Blue Ghost for touchdown in less than 48 hours. Each of us carries the unwavering support of family and friends who've celebrated our successes, comforted us through setbacks, and understood the dedication this mission has required. Ever wondered how to turn a napkin sketch into a full lunar program? Just ask Joe Quirk! As Firefly’s "CAD Guy," Joe was one of the first engineers to work on the Blue Ghost mission, helping to design the initial structures for our lunar lander. A native of Bolton, Massachusetts, and a Texas Tech University alum, Joe is especially proud to see the team and lander evolve as we get closer to sending it on it's final roadtrip.
