We’re about halfway through the NFL season, and this is where things get real. By now, every team has shown who they are. The great ones don’t just rely on talent, they rely on each other. Because teams win. Individuals don’t. You can have the best quarterback, the fastest receiver, or the toughest lineman, but if they’re not working together, they’re not going anywhere. That’s as true in business and life as it is on the field. Success is a team sport. This Sunday, my Minnesota Vikings face the Chicago Bears, the Monsters of the Midway. With the game coming up I thought it would be good to look back at my first game against the Bears, which happened to be my first time playing in the NFL. #ThrowbackThursday #NFL
