She speaks with confidence that it’s absolutely the truth by weaving in details like she had a first hand accounting. Cut to Andrew asking how she got the details and it came from a “source”, with an unproven redacted receipt and she isn’t looking to personally verify it…. Everyone just stay tuned. Some random person feeding her the story is enough for her to blast it out to millions of people. That is Candace’s grift….take the unproven tidbits from others that help her build a conspiracy.
