🤔Karl Wilhelm Krause, AH's bodyguard and Valet, confirms that nobody liked Martin Bormann and Himmler. Both had an unpleasant and unsettling aura. Karl says that Goebbels was very pleasant, and that he and Hitler joked about how fussy Dr. Theodor Morell could be, though he was a good doctor. Early in the interview Karl recounts that Bormann tried to get Hitler to sign a hall pass for his own House, which Hitler refused to do. Karl took it back. A day or two later Bormann tried again to get Hitler to sign the pass and Hitler became angry and told Karl to get "Out!". Karl finally took it back to Bormann and said, "The Boss wouldn't sign it." Bormann laughed and said, "Who does he think he is?" After that the house passes were dropped but everyone else was required to have one. Remember that Bormann largely edited and crafted Table Talks, which has been presented as Hitler's words.
